About Eric

I am a seasoned patent attorney with ten years experience at two major law firms (WSGR and Morgan Lewis) and a small cancer therapeutics company. The scientific expertise I accumulated as a cell biologist at Johns Hopkins (principal investigator), Yale (postdoc), UCSF (PhD) and MIT (undergrad) allows me to quickly and deeply understand complex inventions and build rapport with academic scientists.

As a lawyer, I have advised on patents claiming diverse life science technologies including therapeutic antibodies, CAR T cells, antibody drug conjugates, T cell engagers, stem cells, cellular replacement therapies, CRISPR, molecular diagnostics, gene therapy, vaccine platforms, immune response regulators, probiotics, and more.

I am licensed by the USPTO and the California bar.
